Teeth whitening

Are you despairing of your brownish or yellowish teeth?  Help is on its way, don't fear. A combination of diet and home remedies can put you out of misery and you can start smiling at all and sundry showing off your white teeth!

Have you been wondering what to do for teeth whitening? It is not very difficult to achieve this. The Indian Ayurvedha offers some very effective ways to do tooth whitening. This medicinal system mainly uses herbs for healing any diseases or to repair maladies for teeth whitening treatment.

Be sure to eat something pungent and bitter with your food at least once a day. The astringent effect keeps the teeth white. The plaque is not allowed to slowly cake around the teeth and make the teeth yellow. Avoid sugar like plague. Chocolates are strictly out of bound. Well, we are aware that is easier said than done. Have chocolates if you must but make doubly sure to wash your mouth after eating them.

Are you sort of addicted to coffee or tea? Stop forthwith and limit yourself to one or two cups a day. Smoking is to be labeled the prime culprit   in making teeth lose its original color.

Is it too late in the day to stop all that is said above? Well, you can take some drastic actions to reverse the teeth turning yellow or light brown without giving up any of them.  Citric fruits are a rich source of Vitamin C and rubbing their peel on the teeth just before bed time every night will show a good result. The slowly whitening teeth will turn sparkling soon. Burn wood of Babul tree to charcoal and power it. Mix it with powdered rock salt and brush your teeth vigorously, preferably with your fingers. Not only will teeth turn white but will become strong too.

Another very common way to get a bright and white smile is by  teeth bleaching. Although home treatment kits are available, but it is always preferred to get it done at clinics, as it ensures proper procedure but also helps one get a peace of mind.
Teeth lose their whiteness due to depletion of minerals and they can be reinforced by the use of bicarbonate instead of tooth paste to brush your teeth. Plaques can be removed by in-take of vitamin C and absence of plaque makes brushing easier which will facilitate whitening of tooth..

SUPREME TOUCH FOR IMMACULATE LOOK: TEETH WHITENING

People in the 21st century fight different teeth problems – cavities, teeth grinding, teeth coloration etc. For an immaculate look and an enchanting smile, teeth whitening is a definite must. The bounty of whitening options includes teeth bleaching procedures by your dentist to a bleaching kit available in drug stores or natural tooth whiteners.

Teeth whitening is not done once only; to achieve lasting whiteness, proper maintenance is essential. The best results come when whitening is carried out by your dentist. You may wish to have your teeth bleached or whitened. Bleaching involves whitening teeth beyond natural color, with bleach containing products: hydrogen peroxide or carbamide peroxide. Whitening means the surface cleanliness is restored by removing dirt tartar etc.
Teeth whitening or teeth bleaching is necessary when tooth discoloration occurs following exposure to certain foods, coffee or other dark-color beverages, or owing to smoking. Teeth coloration may also result in micro cracks and biting edges become darker.
Nowadays, there are three main whitening options, depending on peroxide concentrations and application times.

The most reliable procedure is in-office whitening. Relatively high-concentration peroxide gel is applied to teeth, usually for a couple of 15-to-20-minute intervals, and generally it does not exceed an hour. With stubborn stains, further bleaching procedures may be needed; alternatively, continue with a home-use whitening kit.

Home-use whitening kits are professionally supplied and yield best long-term results. They include low concentration peroxide gel for hour-long treatment, or with stubborn stains overnight, if peroxide concentration is very low. Bleaching trays aid gel application.

Over-the-counter teeth whitener kits are the cheapest and most preferred options, containing bleaching gel with concentration lower than that of professionally supplied home-use kits. With one-size-fits-all trays, the result may be just whitening a couple of front teeth.

Finally, use fruits: strawberries, oranges, lemons, to whiten teeth by rubbing a strawberry or orange peel on teeth, or a drop of lemon in toothpaste.
